At Edenessence, each fragrance is crafted with utmost care, ensuring the purity, artistry, and elegance you deserve. As perfumes are delicate, personal-use items, we kindly maintain a No Refund & No Return Policy once a product has been opened or used.
That said, your satisfaction means the world to us, and we will gladly assist in the following situations:
- Transit Concerns – Should your order arrive damaged or leaked during delivery, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund (Unboxing Video is mandatory).
- Incorrect Item Received – In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will promptly correct it with an exchange or refund.
- Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch) – If you choose to cancel your order before it leaves our facility, we will issue a full refund.
- Order Cancellation (After Dispatch, Before Delivery) – If an order is cancelled after dispatch, courier and payment processing charges will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.
A Few Gentle Reminders:
- Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Damages caused by mishandling, improper storage, or usage are not covered under this policy.
- All requests must be shared with us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.
