• Orders are processed promptly from our warehouse and delivered across India within 7 business days.
• Deliveries require a signature; in your absence, an authorized recipient may receive your order.
• Cash on Delivery is not available.
• Standard domestic shipping is complimentary, though bulk or special orders may incur additional handling charges (shown at checkout).

We take utmost care in handling your purchase, but Edenessence is not responsible for damages or losses after delivery. Claims for shortages or damages should be reported on the day of receipt.

Refunds or exchanges for post-dispatch cancellations will have shipping costs deducted as necessary.
